I had the opportunity to create a fun miniature model of the Aquabats new and improved Battle Tram for The Aquabats Super Show. Using the shell of a large vintage barbie car I was able to reshape and create a fun model. This Battle tram was equipped with extending wings and missile launchers.

I was given the task to create a burnt down burrito stand miniature for season 3 of "The AquaBats Super Show" on Hub TV.

One of the most interesting parts of this design was the ability to make the boats ride around the hat. One of the rules in the contest was to not use any sort of electronics so I had to creatively think of a way to create movement without using any servo motors. I ended up recycling an old Christmas snow globe and took the rotating gear system out and built it into the hat. I was also able to find the right music box to play the iconic "Yo Ho a Pirates Life for Me" while sailing around the hat.

This was one of my favorite projects to date. The D23 Expo put on a Design Challenge where you had to create an art piece celebrating the 50th Anniversary for the Pirates of the Caribbean Attraction. Seeing how this is one of my favorite and inspirational attractions to me I knew I had to give it a go. I decided to design and develop a "Retired Pirate Mickey Ear Hat," with some fun features built in. I took the classic Mickey Ear hat idea and geared it not to a character but to the iconic scene in the attraction where the retired pirate is sitting atop his pile of gold.

Here is a miniature model I made for a possible reboot of the 1970's TV show The Banana Splits. . I was tasked with creating a miniature model of the house facade. Working with only one concept drawing I tried to create a 3D representation using texture, color and practical materials..

I had the opportunity to create a fun "Sand Crawler" Esque miniature model for The Aquabats Super Show. Using the shell of a storage bin, I took to the laser cutter to create the iconic panel look. Once cut out, I took a bit of texture, paint and dressing which finished off this fun model.

Here is a miniature model I made for the feature film "Sparks" in 2013. I was tasked with creating a 1/2" scale 1940's newspaper building. The Director wanted an old rundown building with small intricate detail that allowed the filmmakers to sell the idea that this was in fact a full seven story building.
